As well as producing the Ecodek range of products, Vannplastic can tool bespoke wood polymer composite (wpc) profiles to your design and specification.
We’ve been specialising in wood polymer composites since 2002, and claim to have more experience and technical know-how than any other UK based manufacturer of wpc’s.

We design all extrusion tooling in-house, giving us the ability to turn a customer’s concept into an actual product within a few weeks, rather than the industry standard 3-4 months.
We are constantly increasing our range and developing new techniques/products such as:
- Deck bending service
- Luminous decking insert, (heat fused for a permanent finish)
- Custom lengths up to 9m
- Constant development of performance enhancing additives & fillers
We are an approved extrusion testing facility for: BRE, FIRA, DEFRA, WRAP, Bangor University, Brunel University and Eco-Fillers.
